If you want to move your English off the intermediate plateau, then I would highly recommend this app. Every idiom has a perfectly meaning and there are tons of example sentences. I can actually feel my English getting stronger by the day. Its almost a steal at this price!
Im English language student, and I have to learn lot of English idioms, so this application is very useful for me.Very thorough coverage of each idiom. Just amazed at quality of such an app. You can type any word and all the idioms containing that word will populate. Go ahead and get it if you are into dictionary of idioms. No regrets at all. This app is definitely worth buying :)
This app is great for anyone who wants to learn English. It offers a wide range of things to learn and gives you the exact meaning with examples to each idiom. You can search any idiom just on one tap. Bravo for an application very well done! Would love to see more....
Pretty cool app. Adds to your intellect. It has almost every idiom or expression that you can think of! Has lots of good info. just love this app!!!
I have learned more from this than the very expensive English idioms apps that is advertised so heavily. The big plus is that this is on my iPhone and it much more convenient than having to sit at a computer.
I have absolutely nothing to criticize about this app. This is really the best app for English idioms I have purchased and is well worth the money!! I would recommend it to everyone!
Some bad moments
Vocabulary is nice but the search is really outrageous and not usable at all. Only exact match from the very beginning of each idiom.
For a paid app, there is nothing "pro" about it. There are a lot of english idioms out there that are not included in this app. The search feature needs a lot of improving so that patterns of words can be used for finding results. A helpful suggestion would be a button that allows users to provide feedback by giving idioms that are missing from the app, so that the app can be improved over time. Sorry for the poor rating, but I am being honest. I realize that 1.0 is your first attempt, so keep working on it.
This is a good app to have. I tried others with higher price but this app was ten tomes better.
